In accordance with current regulations, the refund is expected within 14 days of receiving the product. This policy applies to all products, except for customized ones, made at the specific request of the customer and not suitable for resale. In these cases, the refund is expected only if the customized product does not correspond to what was displayed and purchased on the site.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can request a free replacement. To do so, send an email to easymakingshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the damaged or defective product and describing the problem you encountered. Indicate the order number in the subject of the email. After receiving your request, we will carry out checks and, if necessary, ask you to send us the product for further analysis. We will contact you once the checks are complete to let you know the outcome.

Processing a customized product takes 2 to 5 business days. Once processing is completed, shipping occurs within 24/48 business hours. Orders received after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

The cost of customization is included in the list price of the product.
